Innovative Changes to Synergetic Solutions

As with many companies in today’s environment, Synergetic Solutions has been facing a stagnating market. In order to compensate for this stagnation, Synergetic Solutions has tried moving into the network solutions business from the system integration business. This move has been a success for the company and now accounts for 20% of total $6 million revenue for the company. Mr. Redd, the companies CEO, has decided that the network solutions business is the innovation that will move the company forward and back on track with its revenues. The network solutions business is now to account for 80% of the total revenues. The company has nine months to implement the changes that need to take place.
As with all companies that are facing changes because of innovations, Synergetic Solutions is facing many obstacles and challenges with these upcoming changes. It will fall to all employees to help transition and overcome obstacles in order to move forward. But what are these forces of change for the company? One of the main forces of change for the company has been the need for innovation as a result of the stagnating market. This company has no choice now but to follow along with the market or completely stagnate. The market is now calling for network solutions. This becomes the motivating factor for Synergetic Solutions. As a result, another force of change is the need to restructure the internal workings of the company to accommodate networking solutions as opposed to system integrations. The company is now in a position to work with system integrations. When the focal point becomes network solutions, a need emerges for simply changing physical layouts of the company. The departments that will move to the forefront will take precedence and will be accommodated for its working needs. And last, but not least, is the change...
