The benefits of engaging in a fitness program will help you with 3 things. It will help you with physical, mental, and social benefits. It will make your body more fit allowing you to live longer. Mentally it will help you focus your mind and sharpen it so you will think more clearly. Socially it will help you get more friends and a better looking person. It is realistic because everyone can run at least 30 minutes a day and do warm-ups for 15 minute. The only improvements would be to run more and stretch more.
I choose this fitness goal because it is easy yet a happy achievement to get. Just exercising everyday will help you achieve this goal. Diet is important to an athletic performance because you need some kind of mineral or vitamin to help your performance better. They need more energy and endurance. You need carbohydrate to provide quick energy required for exercise. They need a well balance diet with exercise to be in shape.
My diet consists of mostly carbohydrates because I eat a lot of rice products. I need to improve on eating more protein food. My diet compared to mypyramid.gov is lower then what I should eat. I don’t eat food that much unless it’s at a restaurant. I need to eat a bit more to get my daily intake of protein and other vitamins and minerals. Overall my diet is below what I need to take so it is affecting my health. I need to improve in that part so that I can live a healthy life style.
