Career Development Plan Sumary
A job analysis was conducted in order to be able to determine the education, experience, and skill level required to form part of the Interclean team.   After reviewing the analysis and conducting a workforce inquiry; it was determined that at least five new employees needed to be hired so the team could be formed. The positions will be as follows:
1.)   Lower level manager:  this person should have knowledge in the following areas: team dynamics; how their behaviors could impact team-members performance; and have skills with respect to working with diverse environments.   This person will take on a leadership position as motivator, coach, evaluator, and teacher.
2.) Compliance Representative:  this team-member must be familiar with and keep up to date on all regulations, employment laws, and federal and state policies that affect the cleaning and sanitation industry. They must be able work in environments, have sales and service skills as well as be able to provide training.
3.) Two Sales Representatives: these individuals must be aggressive, competitive, willing to take risk, flexible, and exhibit ability to exceed set standards on a regular basis. They must be knowledgeable on the products and services that are provided, as well as the customer’s needs and expectations.
4.) Marketing/Sales Representative: this person must have sales experience, experience in services, and experience in marketing.   Strategic planning Knowledge is a must and should exhibit leadership abilities.
Some of the job skills and specifications that will pertain to the new sales department are as follow:
