In RIT, there are a lot of cliques, and people are separated in their own groups. That is very common in schools, and workplaces. Especially being in college, not everyone hang out together, because not a lot of people have in common with each other. Due to an expansion of RIT/NTID students, numbers of cliques increases. Their characteristics, appearances, behaviors, sociality, and attitude are totally opposite from each other. In RIT/NTID, there are two groups, which are party animals and geeks, that are different from each other in several ways.
According to the people's life, entertainment and social life are very different between those groups. Party people entrain themselves in many different ways, like going out every weekend. They tend to party every weekend, and they always do different games mostly related to alcohol. Therefore, they love to party. While they are partying, geeks like to stay in. They would rather to do homework than being social or partying. That’s why they are labeled as anti-party people in college. They hate partying, and their opinion about partying is very negative. Usually, they don’t drink or anything, which college students tend to do. Comparisons between their social lives are very contrasting. They are completely different people. Therefore, their entertainment and social life doesn’t have any commons.
Secondly, use of time is used in different ways for those people, and their attitudes about specific things are very different. Geeks would focus on school more than party people. They have good time management, better than party animals. Geeks are very focus on school, while party animals don’t. Their attitudes towards life and future are not even similar. Geeks are very serious with future, according to their hard work and a lot of effort in school. Party animals has nonchalant attitude toward life and future.
