Do you have a healthy lifestyle? Is cleanliness important? And what’s the effect of them in the human health? It is said that "Early to bed and early to rise makes a man healthy, wealthy and wise." Quoted by Benjamin Franklin. So it’s true that they have big benefits on the human health but the big question is, how? In this essay I will talk more about healthy foods, cleanliness and physical activities. 

Eating healthy is known to be the backbone of a healthy lifestyle. Eating unhealthy at unusual times can be a severe danger physically and mentally while eating healthy helps stay fit and improve the body physically. For example, people with unhealthy eating habits may die younger due to oily and fatty foods, which leads to blocked arteries and heart attacks than people who are diet cautious and prefer green vegetables, fruits and dietary fibers.
Being clean is an essential part of a healthy lifestyle. Although taking a
shower and washing hands regularly are counted as healthy habits, there are quite a few more things to consider when discussing healthy life style. For example, trimming and filing your nails regularly, brushing your teeth twice or more everyday and keeping your surroundings just as clean as you are. Being in a clean environment plays a vital role in providing you with peace of mind and helps promote clean habits.
Physical activities are one of the most important when it comes to healthy habits. Some of physical activities include morning walks, jogging, and flexibility, lifting weights or the usual sports. Since physical activities add joy and activeness to your day-to-day life. For example an old person with daily habits of physical activities maybe more active than a young person with no habits physical activities.
