Nothing for Now

Nothing for Now

a long-term economic state characterized by unemployment and low prices and low levels of trade and investment
Hello.

We didn't experienced any impact on our sales (our product costs 34.95 usd) but I believe that economic crisis has an influence on other people sales. We can't make more precise statistics because we don't sell much copies so I would like to hear oppinions of other people - who have more sales then we have.

Greg how many copies do you sell per month?

1-10?
10-50?
50-100?

I have multiple products in the 40$ range and all combined I get about 100 sales.

No drop in sales at all.. In fact there is about a 18% increase this month compared to last month.

I guess depends on the market you are serving. If its a desktop enhancement tool.. you'll probably be hurting. but if its solving a problem.. then not so much.

My sales haven't declined but they're not quite keeping pace with the increase in traffic I've seen recently. Part of this is seasonal variation in my market.

I expect November and December will be, as usual, slow but still much better than last year. Seeing how November already is that shouldn't be too hard.

You can see the general traffic graph here. The November data is not in there, but it backs a bit off the peak (seasonal variation, ho).

We sell an average of about 760 units per month of a $25 product. Since summer, we have sen a fall is US sales, and an increase in Russian and Arabian Gulf sales. Also the conversion rate (downloads to sales) has fallen to about 1%.
