AIDS abbreviated “acquired immune deficiency syndrome”, which has devastated Africa and many other countries in the world, wrecks havoc anywhere it goes. HIV or human immunodeficiency viruses causes AIDS, but AIDS itself does not kill people, instead the common cold or another everyday sickness that they catch kills them; AIDS obliterate their immune system and disable the immune system from recovering. The cure for AIDS remains absent at the moment but it can still be prevented in many ways such as avoiding other people with the virus or using protection during intercourse. Until the cure is discovered, these preventions can help to lower the death rates.
Aids may spread like wildfire if the carriers do not have knowledge of carrying the virus. A blood test will show if the person carries the virus. Since they may not have the technology to test, in Africa, AIDS spreads uncontrollably because atrocious gangs attack villages and rape women repeatedly. Victims of these attacks spread the virus unknowingly and they do not use any protection during intercourse.
We should stop AIDS because it kills millions of people every year including fathers, mothers, sons and daughters. In order to prevent AIDS from spreading, humanity must work together by researching a cure. This virus also causes countless of babies to lose their mother; wife losing their husband and mothers being mentally tortured by the death of their infant. This virus has taken the lives of many loved ones and it definitely must be stopped.
AIDS can also spread in hospitals. This is because the hospital unsanitary supplies. For example, a needle used to take blood from an AIDS patient is not cleaned properly and then used by other patient without AIDS.
