Manufactured in low extractable borosilicate glass to protect against changes in pH and maintain purity of contents. Lab Files® vials are shrink wrapped in partitioned trays to protect vials and their contents. Caps are rubber lined and are attached.

A 1.5-mL Borosilicate Sample Vials fit gas/liquid chromatography autosamplers and are autoclavable. Screw top with PTFE-faced silicone septum. Measure 11⁄4"H x 1⁄2" OD (32 mm H x 12 mm OD). Packed in cardboard trays. Case of 240 vials. B 6-mL Borosilicate Vials are supplied with screw top and are reusable, yet economical enough to be disposable. Autoclavable vials measure 21⁄4"H x 11⁄16" OD (58 mm H x 17 mm OD). Packed in cardboard trays. Case of 1000 vials. C Large Borosilicate Vials are autoclavable and come in 20-, 25-, and 40-mL sizes with white rubber-lined screw caps. Packed in cardboard trays. Case of 72 vials. D 40-mL Vials with PTFE-faced Septa are made of clear glass and include size 24-400 caps and PTFE-faced septa. Replacement septa sold separately below. Pack of 200 vials.
