2011 CAC Senior Championships Qualifying Criteria:-

* Have been born in the country the athlete represents
* A natural citizen of the country the athlete represents and to be a resident of this country for at least five(5) years
* To be duly registered with the BTFA
* Each country may enter up to a maximum of two (2) athletes per event/ per gender in each individual event.
* Any athlete reaching the standard will be selected for the team as long as that athlete meets all other criteria (consistent training, competing on a regular basis, no discipline issues, consistent times/distances, injury free) and subject to the above.
* If more than two (2) athletes achieve qualifying standards along with other criteria (e.g. consistent training, competing on a regular basis, no disciplinary issues, injury free) in the same event, the BTFA will determine final selection of the athlete/s for that event.
* Preliminary team will be selected based on the deadline stated in the technical manual
* Qualification period from January 3rd 2011 to June 19th 2011
