Business planning

The business planning is to redevelop the kalaisai building. For it has been built many years and after the field survey I found the place is old, dirty and disordered which cause it does not has many consumers. So the building needs to be redeveloped. My plan is to change the kalaisai into a megastore with shopping, entertainment and lie fallow. Bring more modern element into the building to make it young and fashion to attract more consumers. First, redecorate the building from the outside into the inside to directly change its appearance. Second, sell cosmetics, personal ornament and so on which fit all ages of consumers on the first floor. Forth, sell the clothes which suit the young people for the male and the female on the third floor. The products which sell on the three floor should be some well know brands in the middle level. Fifth, make a gymnasium on the forth floor.
