The consequences of the way I slept as I slept is how it affect my health and many other things. The way I slept was not very good because of how it was not consistent to sleeping too much or too less. In the beginning, there was consistency on hitting the average sleep and staying on that average. As the quarter aged on, consistency dropped as more days would not get enough sleep or there would be weekends that had too much sleep. Then there would be a tendency of how sleep hour during the weekdays. Looking back at the sleep chart, sleeping like this not only affected my health, but the skills in the classroom and life to be successful. The way I slept can damage my health and how it function, my ability to do good in the classroom, and the energy I need to be successful. The amount of sleep and drastic change can damage not only my brain, but my heart and the stress it gets. Not staying in the average amount of sleep can hurt towards my skills and being able to perform in the classroom. My drive or energy can go down because of how I sleep.

These conditions show how your memory is being affected when the brain is damaged. This connects with lack of sleeps since not enough sleep will damage the brain.
