The objectives of the study are to review the development process at the Central Pattana Public Company Limited, Thailand. Specifically, the study explores how the company has improvement plan for employees, gained participation, and developed employee commitment to change. Moreover, the recommendation in order to improve their implementation also provided. The CPN can be an example for emerging organizations which seek domestic and overseas market dominance.
