The Intermediate Clients would be would be Stratford Hospitals Management Board who were asked to cooperate with the OD Practitioner and who provide information regarding the reports that have been circulating and also the staff of the hospital who the reports are concerning. The Unwitting and Indirect Clients would be the Patients of the Hospital as they are affected by the bad practice within the hospital and will benefit from any improvements made in the running of the organisation.
