My foremost intention to attain an MScN degree is to competently assess and manage health-related issues within a defined population or care system and evaluate the effectiveness of these advanced nursing practices. Furthermore demonstrate competence in the development of inquiry relevant skills to practice, education, or departmental administration. I am keenly interested to develop and utilize leadership strategies that foster improvement in health care sector. This programme enables graduates to become leaders that could perform decisions making skills under the headings of Education, Administration Research and clinical practice.
MScN graduates in the role of leaders in educational setup enables to utilize psychological principles to develop. This course educate the nurses enough that they may directed to restructuring of the roles which are to be fulfilled by a doctor, a qualified nurse and other health care staff.
