Abstract
Michael’s Arts & Crafts has been trying to set up a system to increase sales by the collection of emails. By formatting a decision tree, it allows us to lay out what challenges we are faced with and to assist in analyzing that decision or outcome if emails are collected or not. The use of the consequence table, swap and risk profile are a very important part of this and are layed out to show the significance of the final outcome.
