In 2013 President Obama gave his second presidential inaugural speech. During his address the words “Our journey is not complete until we find a better way to welcome the striving, hopeful immigrants who still see America as a land of opportunity.” This stuck with us because it is such a relevant topic in Salinas. This problem’s solution is not just benefiting the families but the Unites States as well.
