InterClean in moving forward in the following eight weeks with training and assessments for our new sales teams. There will be many items covered and each week will end with a skills learned assessment. InterClean’s objective is to train a knowledgeable sales team that is ready for anything. The first week will be spent explaining job duties and the company’s expectations from the team. There will be team building exercises and opportunities to ask questions or give initial feedback on how InterClean should move forward. The group will spend time learning the terms of the chemicals and how to use them. During a practical training program, employees will be trained on how to use each chemical and the rules that govern each chemical. During week four, there will be training on the basic programs the company offers and later how to create a custom cleaning program for any company. Opportunities to learn new sales pitches and practice your own will be given during week six and later during the trial run with current customers. There will be training on what questions to expect from potential customers and how to communicate when you do not know the answer. With such a talented team going forward as InterClean’s sales team, huge results are expected. Performance standards will be made clear during the training program as well as incentives and rewards. Here is a more detailed look at the next eight weeks.
During week one, employees will be in the classroom learning about your new role as an InterClean salesperson. Job descriptions will include all sales and customer needs for your purchasing company. The following seven weeks will be outlined. InterClean would like to know what you would like include in your training program.
