Kudler Fine Foods is in need of a new team of new and current individuals to push our current products and possible develop new ways to gain business in the surrounding areas. Within this memo several items will be discussed and suggested to make Kudler Fine Foods number one in the fine foods industry.

Training and Development Program
Training consists of planned programs designed to improve performance at the individual, group, and/or organizational levels. Improved performance, in turn, implies that there have been measurable changes in knowledge skills, attitudes, and/or social behavior (Casico, 2005). With the integration of these new positions at Kudler Fine Foods, a new training and development program has to be put into place to make sure that employees are aware of the items that they are selling to the public. Once a month there will be a mandatory training for all employees which will include new items that will be offered to the public as well as provide different sales techniques on how to offer our products and services to new customers. Basic trainings will be offered as well for new employees on how to do basic things around the store. For example there will be trainings on how to use the point of sale system, how to weigh products and determine the final price, how to wrap and bag meats, and how to stock the sales room floor are just a few of the trainings that will be offered to all new hires to Kudler Fine Foods.
