Introduction:
Present business world is very dynamic and complex. The organizations success largely depends largely on gaining competitive advantage and completive advantage depends on quick and effective decision making. Another vital factor is to run the organization in a systematic and efficient way. The leader within the organization is basically the person responsible for taking the decision within the organization to ensure the appropriate decision making and effective control of the organization.(Northhouse 2012) The leader can be CEO of the organization as well as manager or regional manager and but not the person but his/her activities is very crucial for the organization.
Leadership:
“Leadership” which comes from the word “lead” can be referred to as directing someone or an organization to achieve something. A man or an organization has so many objectives or goals to fill up. Leadership makes it possible to achieve those goals and objectives. The person who plays the role of leadership is called “Leader”. Leadership is all about directing or moving a person, an organization and even the leader himself/herself so that the desired goals are achieved. The major changes in this world are brought or the unachieved got achieved because of the leadership of leaders. It is the vital element to awake the sleeping potentiality of any person or organization.(Elliot 2005)
