“Small businesses are critical to the economic recovery and strength of the United States, to building America's future, and to helping the United States compete in today's global marketplace” (, 2008). Each small business is unique and careful planning is a fundamental key to the success of any small business.
The contents of the following paper will define the goal of the chosen business venture, differentiate between the strengths and weaknesses of the various business organizations, and determine which business organization is best suited for the chosen business venture. A description will also be provided with regards to how different business organizations operate in the global and legal environment by identifying the domestic and global legal issues that impact the various business structures, and how these issues can be effectively managed.

The goods and services provided by Majestic Flooring are the installation and repair of specialty high-end flooring to include: imported tile, granite, marble, hard wood, and carpeting.
