Heath Andrew Ledger was a young hunky heart-throb actor that everyone loved. Having roles in some of the most popular/watched movies which included sad movies, love movies, and action movies.
Heath was born April 4, 1979 in Western Perth Australia to Kim Ledger and Sally Bell. His grandparents were Colin and Es Ledger, and his great grandparents were Sir Frank ledger; John and Jackie Ramshaw. He was 6’1, had light brown hair, and brown eyes. He has one sister, Catherine Ledger, and two half sisters, Olivia Ledger and Ashleigh Bell. He has one daughter Matilda Ledger. When he was only 10 years old he found himself in a debut with Perth’s globe Shakespeare Company. He was also on the Hockey team at the Guildford’s Boys Grammar School and also choreographed and led a school dance to victory at the national competition. When he was a junior in high school he either wanted to be in either cooking or drama. So he found himself in drama because he could not see himself in cooking. He was also so good in school that he passed his high school graduation exams at age 16.
People had realized that Heath had an awesome talent in Drama. One day him and a friend took a car and went to Sydney, because they thought it was the place to go if you wanted to fulfill your dreams in what you wanted to be. He didn’t have much money when he left to go to Sydney so when they got there he was put in a low budget movie called Blackrock. When he noticed that the movie wasn’t a big hit he tried to play a roll in a TV show called Sweat. Soon after that he was in another show called Home and Away. After that came a very brief role in a show called Paws. But that still didn’t give him anything but a small paycheck. He then went to America trying to audition for film roles such as Roar and Two Hands. When he was in the film Two Hands it helped him get a huge role in a movie called 10 Things I Hate About You.
