Mount Everest is the highest mountain on Earth above sea level, and the highest point on the Earth's continental crust, as measured by the height above sea level of its summit, 8,848 meters (29,029 ft). The mountain, which is part of the Himalaya range in Asia, is located on the border between Sagarmatha Zone, Nepal, and Tibet, China. The highest mountain in the world attracts climbers of all levels, from well experienced mountaineers to average climbers willing to pay substantial amounts to professional mountain guides to complete a successful climb.
The physical preparation for climbing Mount Everest includes including running and strength training. It is also recommended taking mountain climbing course before making practice climbs in high-altitude terrain. Working with a skilled instructor or partner to practice climbing on all sorts of surfaces in all types of weather and should practice for at least two or three years before attempting Mount Everest at the least. It is important to have healthy veins and arteries to pump lots of blood to your brain and muscles, as well as to warm your body. Keeping your blood pressure and cholesterol down is also important for this trip. Engage in aerobic like biking, running, stair climbing, swimming. Anaerobics like tennis, sprinting, weight training and strength training exercises, sit-ups, push-ups, pull-ups, rowing is also good too. Its important that you engage in increasing the duration of your aerobic exercises throughout the years of training. Climb steep hills or small mountains with a pack carrying water for added weight. A good goal is to make 2 to 3 hours carrying 55 to 60 pounds. Perform any aerobic exercise on hilly terrain.
