Dear Mr. Wong,
I was expecting more help and determination from you since you have always talked about honesty from the beginning and I haven't seen any on your behalf and Trust is nothing to do you with you as well. I have gone through all the emails you have sent me and you said that as soon as the paperwork would of gone through and it seems that it has, the bank would of contacted me asking for my account number which I haven't seen it happen and haven't heard from. I have done everything I could from my side having had such a very sad year since my dad died 2 years and taking care of my older mother going through different phases of stress and losing a job .So when i received your email I thought it was a joke or maybe compensation from above. I agreed for the splitting 60 - 40 in your favor because I think after a longer thought that being a lawyer for the deceased for several years you deserve a bigger slice and that is why agreed in the 40/60 split. It seemed at the beginning that things were moving fast and even though you said in an email that we should get to know each other a bit more I didn't see it happen. I am resentful on how you have been handling the matter if you are you are in Malaysia so I think that it is common sense that being a lawyer and on top of this matter you should be able to come up with the solutions if compensation is what you are aiming at. Since you have said in the past emails that you would of handled everything and after that you would of flown here to get your part of the transaction....Well Mr. Wong now it all seems a hoax and if you really want the amount you have worked for these years you better be honest enough to work things out the right way for the both of us. Honesty and Trust are heavy words to use and if you want to be one of those people that you say yoiu are you should start people like me the same way.
Regards Truly yours
