Change within a company is a serious task that many companies attempt almost yearly. The best way to go about the change differs depending on the company. When initiating a change there are so many factors that must be considered. A few of these factors include forces of change, the types of resistance that the company could encounter with the change, and the different models of change that can be used to structure the change. In this paper those factors will be discussed along with the importance of communication within the process of making the changes for the company Synergetic Solutions. Let’s began with the internal and external forces.

The forces of change that Synergetic Solutions differ between the internal and external forces. The internal forces that must be considered are nature of the workplace, technology, and competition. The nature of the workplace is one of the most important internal factors not only for Synergetic Solutions but for all businesses. The nature of the environment of Synergetic Solutions determines the acceptance of change because if the environment is not stable it could result in the rebuttal of the new change from the employees. Good communication is the major key to developing a stable environment. Technology must be considered because due to the advancing times a company that is not up to date with technology will just lag behind and become a failure in the end.
Competition is the final internal factors that must be considered in the Synergetic Solutions Company. This factor can be considered internal or external because it deals with the growth and success of the company, internally the company must strive to improve their products and ways of doing things to stay in the race; externally the company must do the research of other competitive like businesses and compare their structure...
