[00:00:02] Caroline: Hi, my name is Caroline C-A-R-O-L-I-N-E, and I would like to tell you the story of how I found my dream job, first and foremost know that this is not motivational speech, it's more like a job description. [pause] I was born in the late eighties, more specifically in 1987 which makes me about a hundred, anyway I come from an average income family in Western Europe, got a good education went to college got an even better education got my master's degree in university literature, and which I was ready to join the workforce, but having a good education and Frankly Speaking two or three foreign languages, doesn't seem to be a criteria to get a job where I am from, here it's 95% experience and 5% knowledge, so if you are in your early training and it requires a minimum of 5 years of experience how are you supposed to get a job. You know how everybody Google's at some point, work from home, well from one site to another I came across the website that was hiring some transcribers, I got in contact with the manager test I said to myself what the heck, things couldn't hurt working for two to three hours walking on this Earth, I I read the audio rules and...
