In this globalization era technology become advance everyday. Every company big or small start to using internet and computer system. This advance in technology must be offset with good human resource management to compete in the market. To survive in this globalization era then company must adjust the technology with human resource management like training and development. If the company can’t apply good human resource management, they will not survive because the service quality and product will not optimal and as the result will dissapoint customer.
Seeing this problem explain in above, the author purpose write this paper is to explain to society that through good training and development combine with advance technology can improve the human resource so they can be more productive in work field. Through training and development, workers can develop their skill according to their ability. And some job rotation can sharpen workers ability in other department.
This problem that the author lift in this paper is important because company can’t just hire employee from one region only. Many employee in one company come from many race, religion, region and etc. To make them work as one to achieve the company goal there’s must some standard to reach. To achieve those standard then need to do equalization on human resource management. In this observation done by the author in PT Ricnaqua is that the company is a new small company that establish in 2009 at Kupang, NTT by Mr. Riyadi Tandya focused at Kupang, NTT. PT. Ricnaqua Jape Dili Jaya is a manufacturing company that produces pure water in two types of packaging, which are in galloon (14litres) and glasses (200ml).
