Salad oil is a kind of cooking oil get from refined pressed crude oil, it can be eaten directly, especially used for western food, Salad, cold vegetable dish was named from this. Color of Salad oil is light yellow, clean, transparent, no smell, and tasty good, when it be used for cooking, there is no froth, and less smoke. When it be stored for 5.5hours at zero degrees, It can also be stay clean, transparent (except peanut salad oil). Besides using for fried, and it is mainly used in cold and dressed with sauce directly, and also it can be used for making margarine, shortening, mayonnaise and the other flavored oil.
Salad oil usually adopted high quality oil seeds, first the seeds will be pressed to get crude oil, and it will be refined to degumming、deacidification、decoloration、deodorization、dewaxing、degrease ect. processing to get final products. Salad oil container should be dedicated, clean, dry and sealed, in accordance with food hygiene and safety requirements. It shall not be mixed with other cooking oil and cooking oil, mineral oil. Quality guarantee period is about 6months in usual.
