Analysis of Team Charter

After speaking with all the members of my team, I realize that we will get along really fine and also get the work to the teacher on time. Each members of the team can be trusted to get their part done on time and if something should happen by any chance come up, we will all help out in any we can. If for some reason we do not agree on something we will let one of the team member do some research on the subject and find a way to get along for the good of the team. We all like to listen pretty well to the member that is speaking before we actually make any comments; everyone will have five minutes to talk about what they think or what is on their mind before we actually decide what to go with. As mention in the charter, we all have different skills to help each other get the work done for the instructor. We also agree that we have different culture in the team and it should be no barrier for us to get the work done. Together we have no problem at all as how to break down to work and have no problem with any team member.
As for me personally, I will have to make sure that the work to be provided to the teacher is all there and on time for the instructor, I will and can also help out any research that is needed in order to get the work to the instructor. Michael Quinto will also do any research that is needed for the team. Stacey Turner will make sure the wording to the teacher is right and Quichesia Smith will do the same . Michael Clark will also make sure all the spelling are correct and read over the work before giving to the teacher. On top of that everyone will do their parts to the assignments.
In conclusion, we has a team has agree to listen well to each other and do anything possible in the favor of the team. As long as we put the team first we can accomplish anything...
