When your 18 you get so excited of getting your drivers permit and you just want to start driving right away once you pass the permit test. Beginning to start driving on the streets it is a huge responsibility that you receive since you have to become more careful and cautious and beware on the streets to be a good driver. But I decided to do the contrary while having my permit license. Now that I think back I shouldn’t have thought I was a good driver when I was not because I needed more experience on the streets and I still needed to take some more driving classes although I did do the defensive driving course to be more prepared but I thought I was a good driver and was ready to be driving on the streets by myself I seriously thought wrong. If you don’t have the right attitude it won't matter how much knowledge or skill you may have. You won't be a consistently good driver because your attitude will keep letting you down. You have to work hard at changing that. The aim is to stay calm and tolerant in all situations so you won’t get stressed out and have an accident. These are the main things that you need to be an excellent driver Concentration, Anticipation, Defensive driving, Skill, Attitude, Knowledge and Self-discipline. You cannot become a skillful driver in a short amount of time it takes a lot of practice behind the wheel of a car to develop the qualities that you need to become a great driver which you acquire with time.
When I was 18 I passed the permit test but then failed my first road test I was very disappointed of myself but either way I could still drive but only with a guardian in the car.
