In this essay, I will research three topics of my interest, also the reason why I selected them. I have selected should TSA regulations be changed, should family and medical leave act be changed, and should the U.S. Government prohibit companies from outsourcing jobs to people in other countries.
The reason why I picked should TSA regulations be changed is because when I travel I go with TSA. In addition, I understand their mission, and their ability to change while performing their duty. About four years ago, passengers started complaining heavily about the body searches performed by TSA agents, and airline employees raised a concern about going through screening portals on daily basis. . The TSA realized the issues and concerns of people involved in its operation, and started looking for ways to make the process much smoother for people with the highest interaction with their department. TSA was able to roll out several secured travelers programs, which involved completing a prior background check on frequent flyers which would grant them easy access through security. TSA has changed a lot in a way from the time it implementation as it has become more customer friendly, but it still has a responsibility of keeping the nation secured. . The TSA realized the issues and concerns of people involved in its operation, and started looking for ways to make the process much smoother for people with the highest interaction with their department.
