BRIEF INTRODUCTION This report is occupying on information accumulated by using both primary and secondary sources on food and beverage operations. The primary research covered the appointment to meet the food and beverage manager. The secondary research also is occupying research from books and internet. This report discusses food and beverage operation of Court Gardens Hotel is a (3star) hotel located in Accra close to A&C mall and University of Ghana. The hotel features a restaurant and a pub with only one kitchen.
