A good vision statement provides the inspiration for the daily operations of a business and molds its strategic decisions.An effective vision pervades the organization with a sense of winning and motivates employees at all levels to aim for the target. The role of the Teach for America vision had led to the growth of the organization throughout the last 20 years. The vision of TFA was to convince young people to search for means in their lives by making positive contribution to society and to have the opportunity to attain an excellent education for all children which is (all children in this nation will have the opportunity to attain an excellent education). The vision is shared by every member in the organization including teachers which interm helps the organization with its strategic planning .
2) It provides a great opportunity for those students who strive to build a successful career lives. Since TFA is highly regarded in both the professional and academics worlds. The TFA experience would open doors to many jobs and graduate schools that they want to pursue in the future. Also most of students from top school have the ambition to do something and make an impact to the world. All of these above have led to the recruitment if Ivy league.
1) No. TFA has very clear mission, they makes it very clear that they are targeting children living in poverty in the United States and their goal is to advocate for public education. And also TFA provide a service for their customers and they have a strategic intent to focus on poor people or countries who cannot afford tuition for education. It is also a customer oriented where the company would try to do anything in order to satisfy the consumer and five them benefits despite its high cost.
