After reading and reviewing my results for this i-360 assignment I really learned a lot about myself. It was extremely important to understand and valued their opinion with their ratings. This assignment is informative because I got to understand about myself on what I need to do different and what criticism they have given me to either change or take in consideration. Knowing their criticism gave me the opportunity to transform as a person and become an improve employee. It’s always good to be judged by peers and manager every now and then, I know where I stand in my career path. The proper feedback will make a difference because I will obtain all the ratings in take them in consideration and use what is needed to develop myself.
The feedbacks were exceptionally positive because there were some motivation feedbacks. Not everyone participated so I was a bit disappointed, some of the scores could not be completed. I understood the feedbacks very well with the graphs, the color codes, and the explanation towards the end on what to expect. I am impressed on what my boss had to say about me, I thought that his feedback were going to be negative because it’s a perception that I have about him. My peers and boss understands that I need the critics in order to learn my mistakes and become a better person and employee.
The three strengths that were rated were that I get the job done, accomplish a great deal, and learn new information quickly. I drive for results because I am not a quitter, I get my work well done with a commitment because I am dedicated and I display flexibility by understanding our company. I recognize the business because I know how to analyze the issues exceedingly well, and I am willing build relationships with clients and my peers. The three areas for development I need to learn to motivate, show employees the appreciation, and listen to peers.
