My name is Brannon little and I am writing this letter to plea appeal for my academic suspension. My first semester as a freshman was very stressful and overwhelming. I was not as focused on my academics as I should have been along with the adjustment of living on my own and also being away from my family. My family is aware of my current academic suspension and is highly disappointed with me. All I need is a second chance to prove them and my self that I can be successful. I do realize that I neglected my studies and I would like a last chance to be an outstanding student. I have compiled a list of steps I need to take in order to be successful in school:
1. I will obtain a tutor for my most difficult classes by becoming familiar with the tutoring center on campus.
2. I will talk to each of my instructors personally to find out how I can do well in their classes.
3. I will manage my time wisely so that I can balance my new life as a freshman and studies together.
4. I will attend all of my classes to take advantage of what they have to offer.
My goal is to earn a degree in mass communication to become a sergeant in the United States Air Force. This is very important to me because I want to make a difference in the world by helping someone else. I am a hard-working student and I would like the chance to prove to you that my next semester will not be a disappointment. I will try my hardest to be a good role model for everyone around me. I hope that you will reconsider your decision and grant my financial aid. I would like to begin thanking you in advance for taking the time to read this letter and consider my request to reinstate my financial aid.
