Friendly! Uplifting! Nice! What more could you ask for in a person. Hi, my name is Ryan. I was born and raised right here in Escondido, California. I have one older brother and two parents. I also have two dogs named Holly and Sara. My grandparents originated in Italy but moved to America to start a new life.
My hobbies are playing basketball and traveling to different places. My family and I have been to such places as Canada, Mexico, the Caribbean, and New Orleans. My favorite so far has been Canada because I got to meet family I’ve never met before, and I got to go to the CN tower that was really high up. I also enjoyed going to Mexico because it was a totally new place. I liked how they spoke a different language and ate really good food. Whenever I get the chance, I hope to get to go to England, Italy, and China.
In school, I like English and Health. I enjoy those classes because in English you can become more literate and a better writer. In Health you can learn about your body and what you can do to improve it. The classes I dislike are Biology and Spanish. I don’t like Spanish because I don’t find it interesting to learn a different language. In my spare time I like hanging out with friends and going to the beach. On the other hand, I dislike waking up early and doing homework.
I feel that reading and writing are very important, but I don’t like to do either. On some occasions though, I like to read books that make me laugh or books that have a good plot. My favorite book that I’ve read so far is Where the Red Fern Grows. I like that book because it keeps you on the edge of your seat. If I were to do a writing project, I would enjoy writing one about my families history.
This year, I hope to achieve all A+’s. I hope to make new friends and keep old ones. I plan to start thinking about the future and how I should start preparing now. I expect to learn a variety of things...
