Aquilano, Operations and Supply Management, 12th edition, McGraw-Hill/Irwin, 2008 We will be using the 12th edition of the book, not the latest 13th edition. The publisher recommends that you use Internet Explorer and not Blackboard. The eBook version of the textbook has a special ISBN number ISBN: 0-390-113344 In the following pages you can find the publisher’s screen-shot instructions to access the ebookstore. In Step #2 of the ordering process, you will see “the eBook is for use in Spring 2010.” Also the actual eBook that you buy has “Spring 2010” on the cover page. Faculty decided to keep it this way because the eBook will become more expensive even if we change just the cover page.
