How can Johnson Company update its communication methods to reach out to new customers?
They should create a website where customers can find their products, order and pay online. Also if they switched all of their analog phones to digital then the company can become more reliable in the future since it’s more expensive to own analog phones rather than digital. This will also create better customer service because there are more features when it comes to digital phones.
What can Johnson do to stand out from other Businesses?
They can provide “Great Customer Service” and provide the “Best Deals Available” through ordering online. This would be great for the company because not a lot of places emphasize their customer service and deals. Customer services representative will be well trained to handle any situation, they will be trained in over the phone customer service and online customer service where customers can chat via instant messaging. The deals will only be available by ordering online which in turn will lower the amount of customers calling in to the store slowing down the day to day operations.
What communication methods can Johnson use to meet the needs of existing customers? Which communication solution do you recommend for Johnson to keep customers informed of new and updates?
Same as the new customers the website will help a lot of the business gets done quickly and effectively. On the website you will be able to pay for your orders online through a secure website to insure all client information is protected and if a business is satisfied with that option they can still pay over the phone to a customer service representative. Emails, E-Newsletter (about upcoming sales), and Special Promotions for loyal customers will be sent out.
