Abstract
This week’s essay The Clean Water Act will entail the date when the law took effect; the description of the Clean Water Act law, the provisions, and background information. The paper will stipulate the role in economics and determine what the various types of environmental that that are approved.














CLEAN WATER ACT
The Clean Water Act (CWA) determines the necessary configuration for variable releases of contaminants into the waters of the United States, and controlling value principles for exterior waters (EPA, 2013).
In the year nineteen seventy two, The Clean Water Act (CWA) was founded and the foundation of the Clean Water Act was legislated in nineteen forty eight. Before the Clean
Water Act, the original name was Federal Water Pollution Control Act (EPA, 2013). There isn’t anywhere in the contest of the Clean Water Act does it state anything regarding the suitability for a business that wishes to discard their polluted toxins into the waters. The Clean Water Act was not put into law to please people but was meant to clean our waters so that should please the majority of the people. ,. No one should have to risk their health for businesses that are not abiding by the law. As citizens clean water is much more of a priority for our well-being then a company that we have not heard of and most likely never will.
The Clean water Act law was put into motion and it was forbidden to release any type of pollutants from anywhere in maneuverable waters unless individuals had a permit to do so. The Clean Water Act’s intentions are to endorse and promote the protection of the countries water resources, while providing support to the government (Environmental Laws, n.d.).
