The Importance of Following Instructions and Guidance While on the Battlefield.



It is very important to follow instructions and guidance while on the battlefield field for the simple fact of, it will lead to disaster. If soldiers are horse-playing, not listening, disobeying their Non-Commissioned Officer and Commanders it will bring their career to a halt very quick. It can also lead to other soldiers loosing their life's aswell. As an eighty eight mike, I have a very important job in the Unitited States Army. I will be transporting goods, equipment, food, and personal. I'm not going to be the reason an Non-Comissioned Officer have to knock on one of my battle buddies mother door and tell her bad news. I joined the Army to be a leader, gain trust within my units, and become an Non-Comissioned Officer as soon as possible. All my goals are in army's reach, all I have to do is maintain my Army Values, following my Non-Comissioned Officers instructions and guidance.

As an Pravite in the United States Amry horse-playing is not tolerated, I have no years under my belt. I have no experience. I haven't been deployed yet. I understand why my NCO's stress the fact that horse-playing is not tolerated. I'm pretty sure no Commmander or NCO what's any of their solder killing any member of their unit, especially from a private horse-playing. When I become a NCO, I would like to get my privates undivided attention. Especially, when I get the proper training and time under my belt. Example, If I was a First Class Sergent, and me and my unit was about to go on a mission while we were deployed. while briefing my soldiers, I had some soldiers horse-playing in back of the classroom. I would address the issue to them how important it is to listen to me and stop the horse-play.
