Duties & Responsibilities
To ensure the provision of an effective service, you are required to-:
• Assist shoppers to locate the products they are looking for
• Process cash and card payments.
• Answering queries
• Keep the store clean and tidy
• Deal with customer refunds
Other responsibilities-:
• To comply with internal and external quality standards and contribute to Morrison’s strategic aims.
• Comply with the business’ policies and procedures including health and safety regulations.
