In the vast universe, there is a small star. In that star lives a small person, whose name is Little Prince. He may be small in size, but he has a strong heart, a pure heart and mind so that he can see what we cannot see. It is why I was deeply touched by him.
The Little Prince does not have so much, just a beautiful flower and two volcanoes, but it is enough for him. He is alone in that star, but he never feel lonely. He can use two volcanoes to heat the bread. He likes clean the star every morning in case the baobabs will infest every inch of the ground. “One loves the sunset, when one is so sad.” He is fond of seeing the sunset because it can make him delighted. He meets his flower casually, and they love each other. He does not experience too much, and as a result of that, he has a very pure heart.
But one day, he thought his flower took advantage of his kind-heart and love. So he decided to travel the other place and it is the first time to depart his star. I think it is a marvelous travel for him. In the travel, he saw all kinds of people. I think the author wants to use the six people reflecting the whole society. The king represents those who have great power, the conceited man represents those who have a conceited heart, the tipple represents those who dare not face reality, business man represents those who see everything in money eye, the lamplighter represents those who stick to the rules, the geographer represents those who only believe books and are not practical. The narrator satirizes the whole society that everyone cannot see the nature of the things but only see the surface.
On the earth, the Little Prince met a fox. I think it is the most impressive plot in the story. The fox taught him the great meaning of taming: “To me, you will be unique in the entire world. To you, I shall be unique in the entire world”. Because of taming, they became unique for...
