These same qualities that have gained the admiration of Americans would have the same effect on many European countries.

The commitment to design has become a key technique of attracting and keeping their shoppers coming back. With the proper people in place this same strategy would allow target to adapt to a different culture and the style that comes with expanding into some European Markets.
