Job Descriptions and Qualifications
The mid-level position is a Project Manager supporting the sales and marketing team. Dannielle Jackson, Project Manager, will research, develop, and rollout new marketing programs for Kudler Fine Foods including cooking classes and frequent buyer points program. The position requires planning, scheduling, and coordinating all marketing projects, from concept to delivery for all internal and external customers. The new sales team will have a Marketing/Sales Manager. The manager must be able to analyze situations, identify problems, and implement solutions. He or she must maintain a competent, enthusiastic, and courteous department organization through training, supervision of four team members, and delegation of responsibilities for each of his or her roles. The manager must also provide team feedback to the Project Manager on a monthly basis.
