As a Clark Atlanta University business student concentrating in marketing, I am exploring opportunities in which I can gain valuable work experience. I am writing to you in regards to the Go Eat Give Social Media Internship available. I learned of this position through CAU Experience Recruiting system. Knowing your organization’s keen desire to continue to acquire leaders, as well as my strengths, I feel that I would be an asset. I present to you my core competencies, achievements, and demonstrated ability to impact the bottom line.
A quick glance at my background and range of experiences will reveal my qualifications for this position. As a marketing representative for the UniverSoul Circus, I was responsible for increasing brand awareness by distributing advertisements. I also serve as VP of Advertising and Promotion for the CAU Marketing Club. In this role, I implemented the organization’s social media to promote the organization and its events. This experience will allow me to successfully generate interest and promote events hosted by Go Eat Give.
In addition to my experience, I have managed to maintain a 4.0 GPA during my matriculation at CAU. My honors include CAU’s Dean’s List, CAU Dean’s Scholarship Recipient, and other items. My dedication to my education and campus involvement proves my well-roundedness and ability to accomplish multiple tasks. I would be able to schedule feeds, responds to comments, and interact with the public on behalf of Go Eat Give, as well as complete other tasks because of this time management experience.
