How to Lead a Healthy Lifestyle

Based on my observation, many of my schoolmates are not taking proper care of their health. As I am the president of the Health Care of my school, my teacher adviser has asked me to write an article for the school magazine on how to lead a healthy lifestyle. Enjoy your reading!
To lead a healthy lifestyle is we must practice personal hygiene. We must always wash our hands and brush teeth. This way can avoid us from diseases. We need to take balanced meals. We can eat based on food pyramid that contain suitable quantity to we eat daily. We must avoid junk food and fried food.
Drink a lot of water is a way to lead a healthy lifestyle. We must drink at least eight glasses daily. Water that we drink can replace water that remove out sweat after we do some activities. Water can keep our body temperature maintain. Everyone must get adequate sleep. We need to sleep at least seven to eight hours day. This will make us more energetic and focus when do something activities.
We need to have regular exercise at least 20 minutes three times per week. We can keep fit and build stamina when doing some exercise such as jogging and swimming. During do exercise, we can remove toxic in our body through sweat. We can share problems with others. We can talk to friend or school counselor. This will reduce us from be stress.
