Training and coaching of employees is an integral part of a business organization. Employers may use training programs to help their personnel acquire knowledge and skills as well as improving their performance. Through the development of a training program organizations can empower their employees increasing their expertise, thus expanding their productivity and efficiency. As Cascio (2005)states “the organization is responsible for providing an atmosphere that will support and encourage development, and the individual is responsible for deriving maximum benefit from the learning opportunities provided. This may involve the acquisition of new information, skills, attitudes, or patterns of social behavior through training and development” (p. 288)
Training is another necessary process to be continuous work, systematic and organized way that arises from the need to develop in our employees the skills, knowledge and skills necessary to perform their work efficiently. It is assumed that training complete the selection process because we instruct the employee on their own duties for the proper learning skills characteristics in order to comply with the company’s future plans.

• Sales and Marketing
• Accounting and Finance
• Innovation
• Logistics
• Spanish Language
• Puertorrican laws and economic dynamics
Objectives of the Training Program:
The training process targets to create a space for review, analysis and development of our new project, expanding Interclean into new markets, where our new employees receive coaching and are accompanied in the design of the specific actions that will facilitate the achievement of expected results that our company.
Objective measures of the performance of our employees are verifiable by others. As a rule of our company, objective measures should be quantitative. They are based on aspects such as:
