The current way this organization does business is truly inefficient, and they are trying to find ways to change this. Our team has decided to propose a new system to help Riordan. Each of these locations has a different function within the organization. Riordan also has several different departments consisting of Human resources, Finance, Sales and Marketing, Legal, Information Technology, and Operations.
The organization strives for good customer relations and to increase revenue. Riordan wants to develop long term relationships with their customers through practical prices, innovative solutions, keeping strong quality controls, and quick business orders ("Riordan Manufacturing Inc. Employee Site", 2013). Riordan uses its sales and marketing team in attempting to keep customers and bring in new customers.
